Optometrists are invited to register for the Optometry Clinical Conference, which includes trade show entry. If you are a practice staff member you can register to attend the FREE trade expo only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions for the Optometry Clinical Conference and trade expo registration.

1-day registration
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
Access to the Optometry Clinical Conference on day of your choosing
Access to the Trade Expo
Catering: breakfast (Monday only registration), morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
Social function: Welcome Reception (Sunday only registration)
2-day registration
The registration entitles delegates to the following:
Access to the Clinical Conference on the two days
Access to the Trade Expo on the two days
Catering: breakfast (Monday only), morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
Social function: Welcome Reception (Sunday only)
Trade Expo Only
While optometrists are in session, complimentary access to the Trade Expo is available during these times:
Sunday (8-10am, 11.15-12pm, 1.30pm-3pm, 4-5pm)
Monday (7.30am-9.30am, 10.45am-12.15pm, 2-3pm)
NOTE: To qualify for the member registration rate, you must have an active Optometry Australia membership at the time of the conference for your member registration to be valid. If you choose not to renew your Optometry Australia membership, you will be required to pay the difference between the Member and Non-Member rates. An invoice for the difference will be sent prior to the conference and must be settled before the conference commences.

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via national@optometry.org.au with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your registration.
Name badge
Conference delegates will receive their name badge on-site at the conference from the registration desk area. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to gain access to the conference, trade expo and any paid sessions or social functions. Optometry Australia expect appropriate behaviour from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of any delegate who does not follow the event Code of Conduct

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Australian Optometrical A Carlton’.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to Optometry Australia at events@optometry.org.au.
Registration Fees: A full refund is available for cancellations made before 11 August 2025. From Monday, 11 August 2025, a 50% refund of fees paid will be issued. Special consideration may be given for exceptional circumstances, with requests submitted in writing to the event managers at events@optometry.org.au.

The program is correct at the time of publishing. Optometry Australia reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Event timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither host organisation(s) will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
Optometry Australia reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out personal travel and medical insurance prior to attending the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Optometry Australia will not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.Dietary requirements
